Until now, it was the daily management (Yuri and Anja themselves) who could least count on Fair Practice. In order to be able to pay the hired dancers, the management has invested many unpaid hours in the foundation. This will be improved over the next four years. The budget is structured in such a way that this Fair Practice is monitored, especially for the management. We work with a permanent core of employees and freelancers, where we regularly offer opportunities to new talents. Vloeistof protects its freelancers from work risks.
