Saoirse Lambkin O'Kane

Saoirse Lambkin O’Kane is a freelance dance artist from Dublin, Ireland. She studied at Fontys Hogeschool Voor de Kunsten in Tilburg, where she received her bachelor in contemporary dance in 2022.

During her studies, Saoirse worked with choreographers and companies such as Patricia van Deutekom, Andreas Hannes, Vloeistof, Corpo Máquina and Schweigman&. Since graduating, she has been working both in Ireland and the Netherlands with Ghaliah Conroy and Roberta Ceginskaite, Ali Clarke and Emily Aoibheann.

Saoirse began working with Vloeistof in 2019 during her second year at Fontys, which inspired her interest in public space performance. She is delighted to be a part of the team for ‘We Are In This Together’ and to bring this dance intervention to the public audience.
